Before registering for the walk please read the following carefully.

 

• The organisers cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, damage or inconvenience to any person or property.

 

• It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that you are in a physical condition to undertake the walk.

 

• It is your responsibility to equip yourself with the appropriate outdoor clothing, boots and walking gear.

 

• It is your responsibility to have the necessary water and food appropriate to the walk.

 

• Unless stipulated clearly by us that transport is included in the walk, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to arrive at the appointed starting point and time and to make your own arrangements for your return from the walk.

 

• The organisers reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to refuse participation in the walk even if registration has been completed.

 

• The organisers reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to cancel the walk when it judges that conditions have deteriorated sufficient to justify cancellation.

 

• The organisers may post photographs of the walk  on our website or on social media. No personal data will be posted. Please indicate on the registration if you wish to have your photo excluded. NB: Exclusion cannot be applied to group photos. 

 

Before starting the walk you will be asked to sign the registration list provided indicating that you have read and agree with this disclaimer.
